Admission to Bajazzo Road Opera is via the fire lane (German: Feuerwehrzufahrt) right next to the Komödie am Kurfürstendamm (Kurfürstendamm 206). After the second barrier you will find a freight elevator and a staircase marked “TREPPE O” to your left.
